  • Confidential Representation & Presentation: Sometimes discretion is key when looking to change roles. We specialize in representing your candidacy confidentially and acting as your agent in the candidate marketplace.
  • Transitioning to the industry: We assist with industry entry: what to expect, strategy, what not to do.
  • Interviewing: We coach the candidate through the entire interview process, including salary negotiations.

Coaching Program

If you’re interested in transitioning to the cannabis industry, our coaching program helps people find and get hired for executive roles.

We specialize in executive-level recruitment, but have received numerous requests for executive coaching. We decided to create this program to allow us to share our expertise outside of our usual scope.

This is a new program. We’ve helped sales leaders land at Cura Cannabis Solutions, ops/tech execs land at Green Peak Innovations, and marketing leaders land at Acreage Holdings.
