Bryan leads Hunter + Esquire’s executive search practice, partnering with founders, boards, and executive teams to identify and attract transformational leadership talent across the health & wellness industry. His experience spans executive recruitment, leadership strategy, organizational growth, and talent advisory, helping organizations build leadership teams that drive long-term success.
Before co-founding Hunter + Esquire, Bryan spent 18 years in retained executive search, specializing in highly regulated industries including MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, Food, and Adult Beverage CPG. That experience gave him a deep understanding of the leadership, regulatory, and operational challenges organizations face as they grow and evolve.
Bryan’s extensive industry network, relationship-driven approach, and commitment to understanding each client’s unique culture enable him to identify exceptional leaders who are not only highly qualified but also the right long-term fit. Jessica oversees operations and strategic initiatives at Hunter + Esquire while partnering with founders and executive teams on complex business and leadership decisions. Her background as an attorney, executive, entrepreneur, and recruiter brings a unique combination of strategic thinking, operational experience, and practical judgment to every client engagement.
As Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of a growing startup, Jessica experienced firsthand the challenges founders and executive teams face, balancing competing priorities, making critical decisions with limited resources, and building organizations for sustainable growth. During that time, she led national and international recruiting efforts, giving her a comprehensive understanding of executive hiring from both the client’s and candidate’s perspective.
Jessica’s legal training, entrepreneurial experience, and passion for health and wellness allow her to approach executive search and advisory work with thoughtful analysis, meticulous attention to detail, and a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.
